The EHS TFSM Oregon Engineer is a high‑impact position embedded within Intel’s Technology Front-End Semiconductor Manufacturing organization at our Hillsboro, Oregon campus. Reporting to the EHS TFSM Manager, you will serve as the primary technical authority for Ergonomics, Industrial Hygiene, and Safety programs across Intel’s Oregon manufacturing sites. You won’t just ensure compliance – you’ll be a strategic partner to engineers, technologists, and factory teams, proactively identifying and resolving health and safety challenges as Intel develops the next generation of process technologies.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $103,730.00-198,820.00 USD. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on‑site at their assigned Intel site and off‑site.
