Qualifications

  • PhD degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, and/or Computer Engineering, or Science or related STEM field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes, requirements, and technologies to support high-volume production.
  • Collaborate with product engineers, design teams, and manufacturing operations to align strategies.
  • Optimize and sustain manufacturing processes throughout the product lifecycle to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Partner with high-volume manufacturing sites to transfer processes and resolve manufacturing-related challenges.
  • Provide technical expertise and solutions for manufacturing issues, ensuring seamless execution and quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, reduce costs, and meet new performance benchmarks.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation of manufacturing processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Lead engineering projects including defining requirements, managing timelines, and conducting post-implementation reviews.
  • Analyze manufacturing metrics and data to identify improvement opportunities and drive factory performance enhancements.

Key Responsibilities may include but not limited to :

Annual Salary Range for jobs to be performed in Hillsboro, OR: $140,393 - $170,630 USD

This position requires work at the Intel site at least 4 days per week in accordance with company policy.

Qualifications:

PhD Degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, &/or Computer Engineering, or Science, or other STEM-related degree.
