Job summary

Movement Search and Delivery seeks an EHS Leader for a large Portland, OR campus. The role is hands-on with a leadership focus, guiding safety and industrial hygiene programs to reduce injuries and costs.

You will lead a safety team across several plants, drive OSHA compliance, and develop training and program improvements with data-driven rationale. The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in heavy manufacturing safety or consulting, with a Bachelor’s in a related field and CSP/CIH preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong safety leadership background in heavy manufacturing.
• Experience leading safety programs and a safety team.
• Proven ability to develop and implement training programs.
• Familiarity with OSHA/Regulatory requirements and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and industrial hygiene programs at a large multi-plant campus.
• Direct and develop an on-site safety team during a growth phase.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and regulatory alignment for processes.
• Oversee safety training, incident prevention and investigations.
• Coordinate with plant leadership on program improvements with data support.
• Provide safety advisory services to manufacturing leadership.
