Job summary

Movement Search and Delivery is seeking an EHS Leader for a 1200-employee heavy manufacturing campus in Portland, OR. The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic safety program development and day-to-day supervision of a safety team across multiple plants.

You will ensure OSHA compliance, lead industrial hygiene efforts, manage training, waste handling, and incident prevention while partnering with operations leadership to drive injury frequency reductions.

Qualifications

• Ten to fifteen years of progressive safety, environmental or industrial hygiene experience in heavy manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety, Industrial Hygiene or Environmental Engineering required; CSP/CIH preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and project management with a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and industrial hygiene programs across a multi-plant campus.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and drive safety improvement initiatives.
• Develop and deliver safety training and incident investigations.
• Coordinate hazardous waste handling and emergency response.
• Provide safety guidance to plant leadership andOperations teams.
