Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is seeking an EHS Data Manager to administer and improve EHS technology platforms (Gensuite, Absorb LMS, Teams, SharePoint). You will support data management, reporting, training administration, document control, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities include dashboards, KPIs, incident tracking, audits, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive safety and compliance excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in EHS, IS, or related field.
  • Experience administering EHS, LMS, SharePoint, or other enterprise systems.
  • Strong data management, reporting, and analytics skills (Excel, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of incident management, audits, and regulatory compliance.

Job Description

Position Overview

The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Data Manager is responsible for administering, maintaining, and improving the company's EHS technology platforms, including Gensuite, Absorb LMS, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint. This role supports EHS compliance, data management, reporting, training administration, document control, and process improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer EHS systems, including user access, permissions, system support, and enhancements.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of EHS data and records.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and compliance metrics.
  • Manage EHS documents, workflows, forms, and approval processes.
  • Support incident reporting, corrective action tracking, audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
  • Administer the Absorb Learning Management System, including training assignments, records, and compliance reporting.
  • Provide user support, training, and documentation for EHS systems.
  • Partner with EHS, Operations, HR, IT, and leadership teams to drive continuous improvement and system optimization.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and increased operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience administering EHS, LMS, SharePoint, or other enterprise business systems.
  • Strong data management, reporting, and analytics skills, including Excel and Power BI or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of incident management, audits, document control, and regulatory compliance processes.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Gensuite, Absorb LMS, or comparable EHS management systems
  • Experience developing electronic workflows, forms, and process automation solutions.

Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required to support site audits, training, implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary

For informational purposes only, the range for annual base salary for this role is $85,000 to $100,000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Executive Bonus Plan, paid out up to 10% of the applicable annual base salary, based on the Company's performance in the prior calendar year. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
