Job summary

Howmet Aerospace is seeking a System Administrator/Analytical Data expert to join the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) team at the Torrance, CA site. The role reports to the Global EHS Director and collaborates with corporate, BU, and location teams to advance proactive safety culture and analytical EHS programs.

The ideal candidate will develop and track EHS metrics, manage incident investigations and workers' compensation claims, oversee data reporting, and support SharePoint-based EHS

Responsibilities

• Developing, monitoring, and tracking various EHS metrics.
• Case management of injuries and incidents with investigations.
• Workers Compensation claims management liaison with TPAs, HR, EHS, and clinics.
• Data collection and reporting for EHS programs and metrics (incidents, training, audits).
• Oversee Medical Assistant and Telemed programs for training and usage.
• Audits and compliance testing support, including training, tracking, and reporting.
• Systems & Admin support: EHS SharePoint sites, systems, and tools.
