Job summary

Tessera is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Coordinator to manage day-to-day safety operations nationwide and oversee the Bremerton Home Office safety program. You will organize incident tracking, training documentation, and safety dashboards to support leadership with accurate reporting.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of safety experience, an associate degree in a related field, and strong skills in MS Office and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Safety, Environmental, or related technical field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Safety, Environmental, or related field is required.
• Strong data management and data analysis skills, including Power BI and MS Office.
• Ability to work with Tessera leadership and site teams on safety topics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer Tessera’s safety program for all sites and locations.
• Maintain safety incident reporting system and analyze data using Workday and Power BI.
• Prepare injury dashboards for executive use and support safety audits and compliance initiatives.
• Lead monthly safety-related meetings and Green Table reviews and compile summaries.
