Polluxa, Inc. is seeking an EHS Data Analyst Specialist to turn environmental, health, safety, fleet, claims, and compliance data into actionable insights that drive safer operations and better business decisions.

This role combines safety and regulatory know-how with expertise in data, dashboards, KPIs, and BI tools to collect, validate, and analyze enterprise EHS data, develop executive reports, and partner with cross‑functional teams to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years in data analytics, business intelligence, EHS reporting, or related field.
• Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports from large datasets.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and maintain enterprise EHS data across incident, claims, fleet, audit, training, and compliance systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI scorecards, and executive reports.
• Analyze incidents and trends to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Support regulatory reporting including OSHA metrics and other compliance measures.
• Translate complex EHS data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
• Collaborate with EHS, Fleet, Risk Management, Operations, and executives to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting processes, and automation.
• Respond to data requests with accuracy and consistency.
