Job summary

Polluxa, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to shape the Enterprise Data & Analytics Strategy. The role will own the analytics roadmap, define design standards, and ensure scalable data foundations across multiple teams.

You will partner with business leadership to translate complex data capabilities into strategic recommendations, oversee analytics initiatives from discovery through delivery, and drive continuous improvement in reporting usability and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, including direct client- or stakeholder-facing work.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical/data concepts into clear business strategy for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise reporting and analytics roadmap, aligning with business priorities and scaling across teams.
• Set and maintain organization-wide design standards, templates, and reusable components for reporting assets.
• Provide strategic input on semantic model structure and measures to support business reporting needs.
• Evaluate and consult on external data sources for enterprise reporting and sharing with stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical data/BI teams and business leadership; translate capabilities into actionable strategy.
• Lead stakeholder discovery to surface questions and translate them into analytics initiatives.
• Create wireframes and solution designs for new reporting initiatives; oversee handoff to report builders.
• Oversee design cleanup, formatting, and navigation improvements across the reporting portfolio.
• Own training strategy for data and analytics tools and develop documentation standards.
