Job summary

Polluxa, Inc. is seeking an EHS Data Systems Analyst to join the EH&S COE - Management Systems as a Hybrid employee. You will drive the Cority EHS platform, govern data across sites, and ensure system reliability with robust testing and documentation.

You will leverage analytics and AI to monitor KPI performance, identify risks, and lead continuous improvement across global operations. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in EHS data management systems (Cority preferred).
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and management systems.
• Experience implementing software platforms and leading change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of the Cority EHS system.
• Support data governance through data mapping, master data setup, quality reviews, and process standardization.
• Execute system testing and documentation (SIT, UAT, SOPs, test scripts, user guidance).
• Leverage analytics and AI to monitor KPI performance and drive continuous improvement.
