Job summary

James Hardie is seeking an EHS coordinator to assist in planning, implementing, and coordinating Environmental, Health, and Safety programs. You will help maintain OSHA records and participate in investigations to identify root causes and preventive actions.

The role requires a BS/BA in a safety-related field and 1–3 years of experience, with strong communication and project management skills. Competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Occupational Health & Safety or related field with safety training.
• 1–3 years of related EHS experience.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementing, and coordinating EHS programs.
• Maintain OSHA required recordkeeping and training records.
• Conduct safety audits and investigations; recommend corrective actions.
• Support environmental programs including waste and wastewater management.
• Prepare Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and training for staff.
