Zusammenfassung

The EHS Coordinator role at PSE Group supports safety, compliance and reliability across locations. Reporting to the EHS Manager, you will help develop processes, ensure regulatory compliance, assist incident management and drive continuous improvement with minimal supervision.

You will collaborate with operations, HR, drivers and stores to implement safety actions, maintain SDS/training records, manage fleet safety and coordinate hazardous waste handling and emergency information updates.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or occupational safety and health preferred.
• 2-4 years experience in safety, compliance, distribution, fleet management, or similar operational roles.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, DOT, hazardous materials handling and EHS principles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow consistent processes.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills; capable of independent work.

Aufgaben

• Assist in incident and claims administration, tracking follow-up and action items.
• Support regulatory submissions (OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA, Tier II, etc.).
• Maintain SDS management system and ensure access across locations.
• Support CMV compliance programs and driver qualification requirements.
• Coordinate hazardous waste handling and emergency information updates.
• Administer EHS training and coordinate employee certifications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to audit processes and drive improvements.
