Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) role.
• Knowledge of environmental compliance and workplace safety programs.
• Ability to interpret Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and safety procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with employees and vendors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support facility-wide compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs for all shifts.
• Maintain EHS records and training files per requirements.
• Manage waste handling, labeling, storage, tracking, and shipping.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and workplace assessments with corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents and assist with preventive measures.
• Lead safety committees and continuous improvement initiatives.
