Job summary

Crane Resistoflex is seeking a hands-on EHS professional to assist the EHS Manager in environmental, health, safety and security leadership at the site. You will oversee EHS reporting, drive improvements, and support site leadership in crises while fostering a strong EHS culture.

You will help lead waste minimization, regulatory compliance, and training programs, contributing to ISO and IATF initiatives and ensuring timely closure of corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate environmental, safety and health activities to prevent injuries and environmental exposure.
• Ensure key EHS operational controls are in place and action items resolved timely.
• Coach associates on safety practices and Job Hazard Analysis.
• Support EHS goals for leadership teams to drive culture, compliance and results.
• Develop waste minimization and recycling programs.
• File environmental and sustainability reports with government agencies.
• Support implementation of environmental policies and procedures.
• Conduct internal environmental audits for compliance.
• Assist in OSHA & EH&S trainings.
• Participate in quality improvements per IATF 16949-2016 with toll gates (DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA).
• Ensure ISO 9001-2015 and related standards are met and improved.
