Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an individual to support safety and environmental programs at our sites. You will assist with basic inspections, document observations, and help coordinate training logistics to ensure compliance and worker safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in occupational safety, environmental health, construction management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in construction or EHS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with routine site walks and documents hazards and observations.
• Supports preparation of JHAs and supports pre-task planning and toolbox talks.
• Tracks corrective actions and follows up on closure.
• Maintains PPE inventories and distributes materials.
• Supports incident reporting, data entry, and trend tracking.
• Coordinates training schedules and attendance records.
• Supports basic environmental compliance tasks (e.g., waste labeling, spill kits).
