Job summary

Oldcastle APG, Inc. is seeking an EHS Compliance Specialist to oversee environmental, health and safety programs for Tracy and Stockton facilities. The role involves coaching operations, leading training sessions in English and Spanish, and ensuring regulatory compliance across sites.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in manufacturing, strong safety knowledge, and proficient use of MS Office. Valid CA driver’s license and OSHA certifications are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years manufacturing experience.
• Valid CA Driver's License.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure EHS compliance at Tracy and Stockton sites.
• Coach/train operations on Daily Fundamentals.
• Lead safety committees and conduct trainings (English/Spanish).
• Perform risk analysis, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate inspections and risk assessments across plants.
