Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, is seeking an EHS professional to oversee environmental, health, and safety compliance across Tracy and Stockton facilities. The role includes coaching operations on safety fundamentals, leading safety committee activities, and delivering bilingual trainings in English and Spanish.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, OSHA 10, 30, HAZWOPER, RCRA, and strong knowledge of regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent training/education.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply safety procedures and manuals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure EHS compliance at Tracy and Stockton sites.
• Coach/train operations on Daily Fundamentals.
• Lead safety committee meetings monthly.
• Conduct safety trainings in English and Spanish.
• Perform inspections and incident investigations.
• Coordinate safety programs and risk analyses.
• Support environmental and production-related projects as needed.
