McNish LLC, headquartered in Aurora, Illinois, seeks an EHS Coordinator to develop and maintain environmental, health, and safety programs across our manufacturing operations. You will ensure regulatory compliance, foster a culture of safety, and lead continuous improvement in the facility.

The role covers safety training, incident investigation, environmental management, workers' compensation coordination, and program administration, with a focus on OSHA/EPA compliance and safety communications.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Business, or a related field required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain workplace health and safety programs.
• Conduct routine safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Lead safety committee meetings and track action items.
• Coordinate forklift, lockout/tagout, PPE, hazard communication, and other required training.
