Job summary

STULZ USA is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator to support the EHS Manager and EHS Specialist in maintaining ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems. This role conducts inspections, documents findings, reviews PPE, waste handling, and assists with incident investigations in a manufacturing setting.

You will help track objectives, prepare audit evidence, support training, and maintain EHS records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or Emergency Management.
• 0–2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 (General Industry) required.
• Exposure to EHS programs or environmental requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support JSAs, PPE assessments, and hazard identification per ISO 45001.
• Document and perform routine facility safety and environmental inspections.
• Maintain safety equipment and inspect storage areas with proper records.
• Coordinate hazardous waste inspections and pickups per ISO 14001.
• Assist in tracking EHS objectives, KPIs, and corrective actions.
• Assist investigations and follow-up actions on incidents.
• Assist training, toolbox talks, and employee engagement.
• Maintain EHS records to audit-ready standards.
• Assist with internal/external audits and management reviews.
• Handle other EHS duties as assigned.
