STULZ Air Technology Systems, Inc. in Denton, TX seeks an Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator (Finance) to support ISO 45001 and 14001 programs, performing inspections, JSA work, PPE reviews, waste checks, and incident investigation support.

The role emphasizes on-the-ground safety, audit readiness, and documentation control, with training support and close EHS team collaboration. OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR/AED required; bachelor’s in safety or emergency management preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or Emergency Management.
• OSHA 30 (General Industry) and First Aid/CPR/AED certifications required.
• 0–2 years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong documentation and ISO process discipline.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support EHS Manager and Specialist with JSAs, PPE assessments, and hazard IDs.
• Perform routine safety and environmental inspections to ISO criteria.
• Maintain and inspect safety equipment with documentation control.
• Coordinate hazardous waste inspections and pickups per ISO 14001.
• Assist in tracking EHS objectives, KPIs, and corrective actions.
• Assist with incident investigations, documentation, and follow-up actions.
• Support training, toolbox talks, and employee engagement.
• Maintain EHS records to ISO document control standards.
• Assist with internal and external audit readiness and reviews.
• Occasional travel (<5%).
