Job summary

CB Partners, LLC is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Field Representative to support a major project near Childress, TX. This hands-on, field-based role puts you on the job site, collaborating with crews to create and maintain a safe work environment.

You will administer safety programs, conduct site inspections and audits, support incident investigations, keep required documentation, and ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA and related procedures.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of safety experience in construction, oil & gas, pipeline, or similar field environment.
• OSHA 30 certification strongly preferred.
• BCSP certification strongly preferred.
• Experience conducting site inspections, audits, JSAs, and incident investigations.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and documentation requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with field crews, supervisors, clients, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing safety inspections and audits across the project site.

• Verify daily JSAs and toolbox talk documentation.

• Help drive a strong safety culture on site.

Environmental, Health & Safety Field Representative

We are partnering with a well-established construction company seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Field Representative to support a large project near Childress, TX.

This is a hands-on, field-based safety position for someone who enjoys being out on the job site, working directly with crews and operations, and taking ownership of creating and maintaining a safe work environment. The EHS Field Representative will help administer company and client safety programs, conduct site inspections and audits, support incident investigations, maintain required documentation, and ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and procedures.

What You'll Do

• Conduct ongoing safety inspections and audits across the project site
• Identify unsafe conditions or work practices and take timely corrective action
• Ensure employees and contractors comply with company, client, OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other applicable safety requirements
• Verify completion and documentation of daily JSAs and toolbox meetings
• Support incident investigations and help identify corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Maintain accurate safety logs, inspection reports, certifications, and other required documentation
• Assist with safety training and programs related to OSHA, DOT, EPA, OQ, and other applicable standards
• Work closely with field leadership, crews, client safety representatives, and the broader EHS team
• Inspect and maintain safety and testing equipment in accordance with established requirements
• Conduct site reviews and audits and recommend opportunities to improve safety performance
• Help drive a strong safety culture while maintaining productive relationships with field personnel

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of safety experience within construction, oil & gas, pipeline, or a similar field environment
• OSHA 30 strongly preferred
• BCSP certification strongly preferred
• Additional certifications such as OSHA 510/511, CHST, EMT, or PEC Instructor are a plus
• Strong knowledge of field safety practices, regulations, and documentation requirements
• Experience conducting site inspections, audits, JSAs, and incident investigations
• Ability to communicate effectively with field crews, supervisors, clients, and leadership
• Comfortable addressing unsafe practices directly and stopping work when necessary
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced field environment
• Self-motivated, practical, and comfortable spending the majority of the day in the field
• High school diploma or GED required
