Job summary

Kolpak LLC in Parsons, TN is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety representative to develop, implement and champion EHS policies and programs across the site. The role reports to the HR Business Partner and is based on-site in Parsons, TN.

You will lead inspections, drive incident investigations, manage training programs, and ensure regulatory postings and records are maintained. A degree in EHS fields is preferred with experience in manufacturing and strong OSHA/EPA knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental, health & safety preferred, with 4+ years' experience; or 8+ years in industrial manufacturing with EHS experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations related to EHS.
• 10-hour OSHA Certification preferred.
• Leadership, presentation and training skills; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with plant management to ensure compliance with federal, state and local EHS laws and regulations.
• Develop site EHS plans, budgets, and implementation monitoring; report status to site management.
