Job summary

Kolpak, a Welbilt brand, seeks an Environmental, Health & Safety representative to lead EHS programs at our Parsons, TN facility. You will ensure OSHA/EPA compliance and drive safety improvements across operations.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you’ll train staff, manage incident investigations, and maintain regulatory records. A Bachelor’s in EHS or 4+ years’ manufacturing EHS experience is preferred, with strong communication and leadership essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental health & safety preferred, or 8+ years EHS in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations and safety standards.
• Proven leadership, training and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct EHS inspections and audits and track corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and report root causes.
• Develop and maintain site EHS plans and trainings.
• Maintain accurate regulatory records and postings.
• Support return-to-work programs and worker’s compensation administration.
