Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an EHS professional to deliver hands-on support to clients implementing environmental, health and safety programs in the Puget Sound region. You will conduct risk assessments, inspections, and observations, investigating incidents and recommending corrective actions to meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, safety, occupational health, engineering, or related field, or 2 years of experience per 1 year education.
• At least 1 year of relevant EHS compliance experience (stormwater, behavior-based safety, etc.).
• Willingness to travel across Puget Sound area, including overnight stays as needed.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal EHS regulations and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site support to clients implementing EHS programs.
• Conduct safety risk assessments, inspections, and observations.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions for regulatory compliance.
• Audit EHS programs, identify gaps, and support corrective action planning.
• Collaborate with global teams on hazards and chemical management.
• Develop and implement HazComm, IIPP, PSM, and other programs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage multiple priorities.
