Job summary

McDonald Plastic Molding in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead safety and environmental programs across sites. You will oversee industrial hygiene monitoring, audits, training, and EMS development to sustain a safety-first culture.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent) and hands-on experience with ISO 14001, regulatory compliance, and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ISO 14001 and safety/regulatory programs.
• Proven ability to lead training and audits across sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial hygiene monitoring and safety audits.
• Develop and maintain EMS and ISO 14001 procedures.
• Coach supervisors on safety, risk reduction and culture.
• Manage corrective actions from audits and incidents.
• Prepare reports for leadership and regulatory bodies.
• Support site EHS training and new-employee orientation.
