Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking an on-site Regional EHS & Sustainability specialist based in Phoenix, AZ. You will drive environmental, health and safety compliance programs, develop strategies to meet regulatory requirements, and work with management to minimize risico. The role includes field work and training responsibilities.

The candidate will require a science-based degree and 1–2 years of related experience, with strong OSHA/EPA knowledge and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or related field with 1–2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Regional EHS compliance programs and execute procedures to minimize risk.
• Develop and implement environmental, health, safety, and sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure regulatory adherence and reporting.
• Participate in workers' compensation processes and incident investigations.
• Lead training programs and keep up-to-date with regulations.
