Loenbro is seeking an EHS Compliance and Integration Specialist in Gilbert, AZ. This Corporate-level role leads audits, validates corrective actions, and supports the integration of EHS across acquisitions.

A strong background in safety audits and regulatory compliance is essential. The role collaborates with regional teams to maintain ISO 45001 readiness, state regulatory tracking, and incident investigations, while driving continuous improvement and reporting to the EHS Corporate Compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in safety, environmental health or related field.
• 5+ years of EHS experience in construction, fabrication or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910/1926, MSHA, and state regulations.
• TapRooT investigator training or ability to certify within timeframe.
• Proven ability to report clearly and present findings to senior management.
• Experience auditing and integrating safety processes across regions.

Responsabilités

• Lead Corporate COMPASS audits and classify findings using corporate criteria.
• Verify corrective actions are closed and effective within 90 days.
• Conduct frequent corporate compliance audits and investigations as needed.
• Coordinate training and awareness for EHS standards across regions.
• Support ISO 45001 readiness and internal audit processes.
• Interface with clients and operations to ensure alignment with safety requirements.
