Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Compliance Support Analyst at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. A Active Secret clearance (potential upgrade to TS/SCI) is required to support EHS programs and regulatory submissions.

The role focuses on performing environmental, health, and safety compliance activities, developing and maintaining EHS documentation, and coordinating training. You will partner with operations to ensure adherence to standards and improve safety performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Industrial Health, Safety, or Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in environmental health and safety, with a focus on regulations and compliance.
• Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance activities across assigned operations.
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of EHS policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Conduct routine inspections and internal audits to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with the preparation of regulatory reports, permits, and submissions.
• Help coordinate EHS training programs and track employee participation; collect and report data.
