Job summary

Kenvue Brands, LLC is seeking a dedicated EHS Co-Op for a 6‑month program in Lititz, PA. The role emphasizes hands‑on learning in a regulated consumer products environment, with mentorship and practical application of EHS concepts.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in an Environmental, Health, and Safety program, able to work 40 hours weekly, and ready to start January 2027. This full‑time co‑op offers development, training, and exposure to real‑world EHS initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Environmental, Health, Safety studies or a related field.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Commit to at least 5 to 6 months, 40 hours/week, Jan 2027 to Jun 2027.
• Minimum cumulative GPA 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental, health, and safety programs to promote regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
• Participate in workplace risk assessments, safety inspections, and hazard identification activities.
• Assist with incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation.

What you will do

The Environmental, Health, Safety Co-Op is a 6-month experience designed to help college students develop leadership, technical, and communication skills through practical business experience and ongoing training, development, coaching, and mentorship. This role will enable the student to have real‑life work application of concepts and theories learned in the classroom in a highly regulated consumer products manufacturing facility. This is a full-time (minimum 40 hours per week) assignment.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. and not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status).
• Actively enrolled in an accredited university through the duration of co‑op assignment pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree focused in: Environmental, Health, Safety studies or similar discipline.
• Ability to commit to at least a 5 to 6 month duration, minimum 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday) for the length of the assignment, starting in January 2027 and continuing until at least June 2027.
• Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.
• Proficient in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) at a minimum.
• Ability to provide their own transportation between home and work location on a daily basis.

Desired Qualifications

• Exhibits strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Displays willingness to learn, strong problem‑solving skills and capable of working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency.
• Demonstrated experience with data management systems, such as: Tableau, PowerBI, or similar dashboard / reporting tools.
• Passionate about the consumer health industry.
• Previous EHS Internship Experience.
• Internship completion is for academic credit.
• To be completed in respective candidates’ Senior year of college.

Hourly pay range for this position will be$20.00 - $26.00/hour. Please disregard the compensation range below.
