Job summary

Kenvue is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety Co‑Op (Spring/Summer 2027) to gain hands‑on exposure in a regulated consumer products facility. This 6‑month program develops leadership, technical, and communication skills through training, coaching, and mentorship at a fully onsite location in Lititz, PA.

You will work full-time (40 hours/week) and support safety programs, with opportunities to lead audits, data collection, and cross‑functional projects while pursuing a degree in EHS or

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
• Actively enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in EHS or related
• Commit to 5–6 month duration, 40 hours/week, starting Jan 2027 through Jun 2027
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Proficient in Windows software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Must have reliable transportation to commute daily to Lititz, PA

What You Will Do

The Environmental, Health, Safety Co‑Op is a 6‑month experience designed to help college students develop leadership, technical, and communication skills through practical business experience and ongoing training, development, coaching, and mentorship. This role will enable the student to have real‑life work application of concepts and theories learned in the classroom in a highly regulated consumer products manufacturing facility. This is a full‑time (minimum 40 hours per week) assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support environmental, health, and safety programs to promote regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
• Participate in workplace risk assessments, safety inspections, and hazard identification activities.
• Assist with incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation.
• Collect, analyze, and report EHS performance data to support site objectives and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver employee training, safety initiatives, and EHS projects.

Required Qualifications

What we are looking for

• Legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. and not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1‑B status).
• Actively enrolled in an accredited university through the duration of co‑op assignment pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree focused in: Environmental, Health, Safety studies or similar discipline.
• Ability to commit to at least a 5 to 6 month duration, minimum 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday) for the length of the assignment, starting in January 2027 and continuing until at least June 2027.
• Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
• Proficient in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) at a minimum.
• Ability to provide their own transportation between home and work location on a daily basis.

Desired Qualifications

• Exhibits strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Displays willingness to learn, strong problem‑solving skills and capable of working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency.
• Demonstrated experience with data management systems, such as: Tableau, PowerBI, or similar dashboard / reporting tools.
• Passionate about the consumer health industry.
• Previous EHS Internship Experience.
• Internship completion is for academic credit.
• To be completed in respective candidates’ Senior year of college.

Hourly pay range for this position will be $20.00 - $26.00/hour. Please disregard the compensation range below.
