Kenvue is recruiting for a Process/Project Engineering Co-op in Lititz, PA. The role offers hands-on experience in manufacturing, data analysis, and project support within a consumer health products environment.

The Co-op runs 6–12 months, full-time (40 hours/week), with a hybrid work location. Eligible students must be enrolled in an engineering program and meet GPA and visa requirements, with opportunities to extend into summer/fall 2027.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Active enrollment in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering.
• Commit to 5–6 month duration at 40 hours/week (Jan 2027–Jun 2027) with possible extension.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Proficient in Windows applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Able to provide own transportation daily.

What You Will Do

Kenvue is currently recruiting for a: Process/ Project Engineering Co-op (Spring / Summer 2027)

The Process/ Project Engineering Co-Op is a 6 to 12 month experience designed to help college students develop leadership, technical, and communication skills through practical business experience and ongoing training, development, coaching and mentorship. This role will enable the student to have real-life work application of concepts and theories learned in the classroom in a consumer products manufacturing facility. This is a full-time (minimum 40 hours per week) assignment.

Required Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. and not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status)
• Actively enrolled in an accredited university through the duration of co‑op assignment pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree focused in: Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Packaging, Computer, Bio-Medical, Electrical)
• Ability to commit to at least a 5 to 6 month duration, minimum 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday) for the length of the assignment, starting in January 2027 and continuing until at least June 2027 with an opportunity to extend into the Summer / Fall of 2027.
• Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
• Proficient in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) at a minimum
• Ability to provide their own transportation between home and work location on a daily basis

Desired Qualifications

• Exhibits strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Displays willingness to learn, strong problem-solving skills and capable of working in a fast‑paced environment
• Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
• Demonstrated experience with Minitab or other statistical tools, Tableau, PowerBI or similar dashboard / reporting tools
• Passionate about the consumer health industry
