Job summary

Nappr seeks an experienced Center Coordinator to oversee the EHS Child Care Center operations in Albuquerque, NM. You will align health, nutrition and safety initiatives with Head Start standards, supervising staff and ensuring programmatic compliance.

Responsibilities include quality improvement, data-driven reporting, and collaboration across EHS content areas while supporting families and staff within the Early Head Start framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health or health/early childhood education or applicable field.
• 1+ year experience in Early Head Start/Head Start or other childcare/child development program.
• 1+ year experience establishing/maintaining relationships with parents, family members and community resources.
• Experience with culturally appropriate services and knowledge of Reflective Practices and family supports is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, review and revision of service area plans and activities.
• Plan, conduct and participate in quality measurement, needs assessments, and monitoring; support programmatic changes.
• Analyze data for reporting and planning for designated service areas.
• Assist EHS Director with recruiting/training Parent Committee and Policy Council participation.
• Participate in organizational outreach activities.
