Responsibilities

• Monitors and documents program operations across service areas to ensure compliance.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data for monthly monitoring reports.
• Collaborates with staff and community agencies to identify resources.
• Coordinates staff training to promote development and compliance.
• Assists in developing program goals and personnel actions.
• Supports recruitment efforts to enroll eligible children and families.
