Job summary

El Centro Family Health in Espanola seeks a Program Coordinator to support and oversee day-to-day operations of the School Base Health Center (ECFH-SBHC) programs. This role includes administrative support to the Health Programs Director, data analytics, quality improvement initiatives, and patient care coordination.

The ideal candidate will have at least a High School Diploma, with preference for a Bachelor's Degree. Experience in healthcare settings and strong organizational skills are essential. A supportive work environment with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months to one year of experience in a healthcare or school setting preferred.
• Ability to obtain CPR or BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Organize and support Clinic Coordinators and staff at SBHC sites.
• Handle data entry and analysis to assist with operational plans.
• Coordinate and attend internal and external meetings.
