POSITION SUMMARY
The Head Start Childcare Partnership Assessment & Development Coach at CHCCAA plays a crucial role in advancing our mission to expand opportunities and build self-sufficiency for our community members. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive coaching, training, and technical assistance to teaching staff in partnership childcare settings. The role aims to enhance the quality of classroom practices, improve child outcomes, and ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards. The Coach collaborates with partner staff to identify goals, implement development plans, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.The ideal candidate will use their skills to embody our values and contribute to our vision of a thriving, self-sufficient community.
