Job summary

Watkins Wellness is looking for an Environmental, Health, & Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with environmental regulations at our facility in Lancaster, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree and over 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.

The role involves designing safety training programs, conducting risk assessments, and managing incident responses to protect our staff and the community. Join us and play an essential role in fostering safe workplace practices!

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in an Environmental, Health, and Safety leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in developing and conducting a comprehensive Job Safety Analysis (JSA) program.
• Knowledge of corporate policies, workers compensation, OSHA, ADA, and other relevant legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to foster a culture of safety and drive continuous improvement across the facility.
• Design and deliver comprehensive environmental, health, and safety training programs.
• Coordinate incident response, including reviewing reports and conducting investigations.
