EHS Audit Remediation Lead — Manufacturing Facility

Job summary

VIVA USA Inc. seeks an experienced EHS professional to lead audit remediation at a manufacturing site, coordinating corrective actions with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality and site leadership. You will ensure closure supported by objective evidence and maintain action status across systems.

The role focuses on environmental compliance, occupational safety, and GEHSMS management system elements, driving sustainable improvements and audit readiness for future reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related discipline.
• Minimum eight years of EHS experience in manufacturing or process industries.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA General Industry requirements under 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies and MOC (Management of Change).
• Experience leading audit findings closure and sustainable EHS improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit remediation: serve as the project lead for site audit remediation and ensure action closure.
• Drive cross-functional execution: coordinate closure activities across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and site leadership.
• Validate corrective actions: review actions for effectiveness and objective evidence.
• Maintain accurate status: update status and evidence in site systems.
• Provide governance and reporting: facilitate audit review meetings and report to site leadership.
• Strengthen audit readiness: organize records for future reviews and compliance audits.
• Support sustainable improvement: strengthen programs, procedures, and accountability processes.
