Job summary

CVS Health’s Omnicare operation is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Associate Manager to lead environmental, health, safety, and regulatory programs across pharmacy, repackaging, distribution, and corporate operations.

You will partner with site leadership to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and local regulations, drive incident investigations, CAPAs, training, and continuous improvement. This role offers a hybrid schedule at the Glasgow, KY site with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry including compliance, waste management, regulatory reporting, audits, or investigations.
• 2+ years of experience working with OSHA and EPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and local regulations.
• Oversee hazardous waste, pharmaceutical waste, and regulated medical waste programs.
• Lead safety audits, incident investigations, and CAPA development.
• Develop and deliver EHS training and support to operations and leadership teams.
• Monitor EHS performance metrics and report to senior leadership.
