Job summary

You will analyze EHS metrics, support business continuity, and help manage regulatory inquiries while promoting a safe and sustainable workplace. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 4+ years of EHS experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations and guidance.
• Spanish/English bilingual proficiency.
• Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.
• Experience implementing and maintaining EHS management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation of the global EHS strategy to mitigate risk to people, property, community, information and brand.
• Partner with operation leaders to develop site-specific annual EHS plans and standardize programs.
• Provide support for regulatory inquiries, incidents, and business continuity events.
• Lead site-specific EHS hazard assessments and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Analyze EHS metrics to drive continual improvement and reporting to leadership.
• Support budgeting needs for risk reduction and compliance assurance.
