Job summary

A global manufacturing company is seeking a Health Safety Environment Advisor to elevate its safety culture at a flagship location. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years EHS experience and a relevant B.S. degree. Responsibilities include coaching staff, conducting incident investigations, and supporting ISO and OSHA programs. This full-time role is based in Youngstown, OH, and may require relocation for candidates outside the area.

Qualifications

This is a critical position for a global manufacturer looking to elevate its safety culture & program. Our client is currently seeking an energetic, passionate HSSE leader to provide high-level day-to-day EHS support at their largest, flagship location in Youngstown, OH (over 1100 individuals).

This person will be responsible for driving the safety culture onsite, managing risk, and coaching others on best practices. They will perform risk assessments, trainings, incident investigations, data tracking/reporting, and build relationships with individuals on-site. This position involves significant responsibility in providing insight/feedback on the implementation of EHS programs at the boots-on-the-ground level as well. The Role:

The Candidate:

• Commutable to or comfortable relocating to the Youngstown, OH area.
