Job summary

RXinsider LTD. seeks an experienced Program Director, EHR Implementation, to lead a high-profile healthcare transformation project.

You will oversee the enterprise EHR rollout across a large healthcare environment, balancing strategic oversight with operational execution to ensure quality, compliance, and stakeholder alignment. This hybrid role requires fluent English and French Canadian communication, executive-level collaboration, and the ability to drive adoption, readiness, and measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, Nursing, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing large-scale healthcare IT or EHR implementations.
• Proven experience directing enterprise or multi-organization EHR deployment programs.
• Executive-level presentation and facilitation experience.
• Fluency in both English and French Canadian (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for a multi-year enterprise EHR deployment program.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for program risks, dependencies, and executive decision-making.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior healthcare executives, operational leaders, clinical leadership, vendor partners, and subcontractors.
• Lead executive steering committee meetings, governance forums, and operational review sessions.
• Present program status, risks, milestones, financials, and readiness metrics to executive leadership and customer governance bodies.
• Direct integrated program governance across internal teams, customer organizations, subcontractors, and third-party partners.
• Ensure alignment to contractual commitments, implementation methodology, and deployment standards.
• Oversee enterprise project planning, milestone management, dependency tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Champion evidence-based and standardized workflows across clinical, financial, and operational domains.
• Partner with healthcare executives to align future-state workflows with strategic objectives.
• Establish meaningful program KPIs and readiness criteria across all phases.
• Monitor deployment outcomes including milestone attainment, end-user readiness, and workflow adoption.
• Ensure go-live readiness reviews and post-implementation stabilization governance.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulatory, privacy, security, and documentation standards.
