Job summary

MEDITECH is seeking a trainer who will facilitate the use of our integrated Enterprise Health Record (EHR) for healthcare professionals. This role involves project management for software implementation, leading training sessions, and serving as the main contact for clients.

Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills and a preferred degree or relevant experience. You will also be required to travel within the U.S. and Canada to conduct training sessions, enhancing our customer support.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years applicable work or military experience preferred.
• Open to candidates without specific experience, training provided.
• Preferred experience in Clinical or Financial roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical or financial software implementation projects.
• Lead EHR training and installation for clients.
• Act as primary contact during implementation process.
• Provide customer service and troubleshoot software issues.
• Travel 50-75% of the time within the U.S. and Canada for training.
