Job summary

MEDITECH is seeking a trainer to facilitate education for clinicians and financial professionals on our fully-integrated Enterprise Health Record (EHR). You will lead training, manage implementations, and act as the primary client contact during deployment.

The role requires bilingual English and French Canadian communication, strong project management, and willingness to travel up to 75% across the United States and Canada. A hybrid in-office/remote set-up is offered with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred; 2–3 years related experience or military experience acceptable.
• Fluency in English and French Canadian (written and verbal) is required.
• Travel readiness to cover US and Canada up to 75% of the time.
• Experience in clinical or financial domains is a plus; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Project management of clinical or financial software implementations to go live.
• Lead training and installation of MEDITECH EHR systems.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout implementation.
• Coordinate across MEDITECH applications with staff and developers.
• Provide customer support and troubleshoot software issues.
• Mentor coworkers and work on group projects with development staff.
• Prepare and maintain application documentation and project tracking.
• Travel 50-75% within the US and Canada for new customer training.
