Job summary

Oracle Health Consulting seeks a Learning Consultant to deliver instructor-led and digital training for federal EHR modernization projects. You will tailor sessions for diverse client environments and work with senior trainers to ensure a positive learning experience.

The role requires 3–6 years of training/learning development, US citizenship with eligibility for a Public Trust clearance, and travel up to 100%. Excellent communication and coaching skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Learning and Development, Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field experience
• 3-6 years in training or learning development
• Experience developing training programs, needs analysis and performance assessment
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Must be U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions for clients, delivering product knowledge and best practices tailored to their environment
• Design and deliver training programs, including train-the-trainer sessions
• Conduct both in-person and virtual training across various skill levels for deployment/go-live
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop training resources for emerging needs
• Analyze performance data and feedback to assess training effectiveness
