Job summary

Oracle Health Consulting is seeking a Learning Consultant to deliver engaging EHR training for federal clients. This role involves instructor-led and digital sessions, tailoring content to client needs and objectives.

You will work with senior trainers, design training programs, conduct in-person and virtual sessions up to 100% travel, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and positive learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–6 years in training or learning development.
• Experience developing training programs, needs analysis and performance assessment.
• U.S. citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Able to travel to customer sites up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions for clients, delivering product knowledge and best practices.
• Design and deliver training programs, including train-the-trainer sessions.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training across skill levels for deployment/go-live or cross lines of business.
• Support ongoing learning initiatives to keep the team updated.
• Serve as primary contact during client training engagements, addressing questions and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop training resources for emerging needs.
• Analyze performance data and feedback to assess training effectiveness.
