• Hands-on scripting in shell or PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting.
• Proven IT service experience and basic project management skills.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted troubleshooting tools and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting of endpoints using Intune, MECM, JAMF.
• Resolve escalated tickets; perform root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Serve as liaison between clinical staff, academics, and vendors.
• Provide backup support for instructional tech, AV, and live events.
• Support and maintain enterprise EHR (axiUm) and MiPACS imaging systems.
