Job summary

Elmhurst Home, Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Specialist to own reliability, quality, and compliance of core information systems with emphasis on the EHR.

You will lead change control, production testing, documentation, and weekly enablement (two IT trainings plus weekly EHR training) and manage all tech/EHR projects, including vendor coordination. Responsibilities include EHR updates triage, RBAC/IAM and security, and administration of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and the company intranet.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in systems/applications administration with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
• Master’s degree (ongoing) in IT or related field.
• Must have a current driver’s license and insurance.
• Experience with RBAC/IAM, MFA, and access reviews.
• Strong documentation and ability to create admin guides and training videos.
• Experience leading enablement sessions and improving adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability, quality, and compliance of core information systems with emphasis on the EHR.
• Lead change control, production testing, and documentation, plus weekly IT trainings.
• Serve as first point of contact for vendors and coordinate integrations.
• Administer multiple platforms (GWS, MS 365, Intranet, LMS) and enforce security SOPs.
• Publish guides and deliver training to reduce errors and improve adoption.
• Track SLAs, report performance, and oversee vendor engagement and pilots.
