Job summary

Project 180 in Los Angeles is seeking a Health Informatics Supervisor to oversee our EHR (Exym) and the DMH systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient billing workflows.

You will lead a team, generate revenue and service reports, and partner with DMH and vendors to meet reporting requirements while maintaining data integrity.

The role blends clinical understanding with data analytics and system optimization to support justice-involved individuals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of clinical behavioral health experience.
• Master’s degree and a valid license (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) or registration.
• Experience with LA DMH systems (SRTS, IBHIS, NAPPA) and Exym.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Systems Administrator for the EHR and DMH systems.
• Ensure billing and claims processing compliance.
• Generate reports on revenue, client services, and staff performance.
• Supervise the Quality Improvement/Billing team.
• Coordinate with DMH and EHR vendors.
