Job summary

SSG Project 180 seeks a Health Informatics Supervisor to administer the organization’s EHR systems (Exym) and IBHIS, ensuring billing accuracy and staff credentialing support. The role provides technical and administrative support, generates revenue and service reports, and liaises with Los Angeles County DMH to maintain compliance with reporting requirements.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of clinical behavioral health experience, a Master’s in a related field, and experience with DMH systems

Qualifications

• 3-5 years clinical behavioral health experience.
• Master's degree in social work or mental health field and valid license or registration.
• Experience with LA DMH systems (SRTS, IBHIS, NAPPA).
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Verification of Employment Eligibility and Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Quality Improvement/Billing team.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and annual performance reviews.
• Monitor staff performance and outcomes; address issues.
• Coordinate with DMH and EHR vendors; ensure compliance.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new staff.
