Job summary

Ozaukee County in Wisconsin seeks an Electronic Health Record Systems Administrator to lead Netsmart myEvolv and Harmony deployments, ensure compliance, and align IT with clinical and fiscal operations.

This role partners with executive leadership, division managers, and vendors to implement new functionality, optimize workflows, and produce robust reports across Human Services programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience administering enterprise Electronic Health Record systems or comparable business applications.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Information Systems, Computer Science, Health Information Management, Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics or a closely related field.
• Experience with database reporting and business intelligence tools.
• Experience coordinating technology projects and developing technical documentation.
• Two to three years’ human services experience.

Responsibilities

• Administers, configures, maintains, and optimizes the Netsmart myEvolv Electronic Health Record system.
• Maintains Harmony applications for historical records, reporting, audits, and ongoing operational needs.
• Configures user accounts, security roles, permissions, organizational structures, and role-based access controls.
• Develops and maintains electronic documentation templates, assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical workflows.
• Develops dashboards, reports, and supports Medicaid and regulatory reporting.
• Ensures HIPAA privacy and security compliance and data governance.
• Leads enterprise system implementations and vendor coordination.
• Provides training and organizational change management.
